What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative (CSR)/Veterinary Receptionist position at St. Francis Pet Hospital?
We are looking for an individual to provide outstanding client service. The Client Service Representative (CSR) must be able to maintain a clean and welcoming lobby/reception area, answer and handle multiple phone lines, greet clients with a smile, schedule appointments for multiple doctors and technicians, help to maintain secure and accurate medical records, admit and release clients/patients, process multiple types of payments, manage financial information, and communicate information between clients and staff.
Prior general veterinary knowledge preferred, such as routine preventive health care for dogs and cats, common vaccinations/tests given, common diseases and safety measures to prevent spreading.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 22 – 26 per week
