What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Dietary Manager position at St. Francisville Nursing and Rehab?
Certification is required unless you are a licensed dietician. The CDM will oversee the kitchen and dining experience of a 128 bed long term care facility. Budgeting and personnel management skills are a must. Previous experience is a plus. Excellent salary and benefits.
