Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in the Rockville, MD. The Branch Manager will help drive sales from local customers, oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive sales growth.
Responsibilities:
Call on potential customers to drive sales
Supervise and train employees
Manage inventory and vendor relationships
Implement sales strategies to achieve growth
Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service

Qualifications:
Management and leadership skills, including staff supervision and training
Knowledge of plumbing and/or HVAC systems
Strong sales and customer service skills
Proficient in inventory management and vendor relationships
Financial management skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Experience in the distribution industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,440.00 - $85,000.00 per year
