Responsibilities:

Under the direct supervision of the Vice President of Operations, the Nursing Facility / Home Administrator leads and directs the overall operation of the facility in accordance with resident needs, government regulations and company policies so as to maintain excellent care for the residents while achieving the facility’s business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Current Licensed Administrator in good standing and currently licensed by the state. If licensed in another state, must be capable of obtaining a Texas Administrator’s license, within 90 days of employment. 
• Bachelor’s degree or appropriate education to meet state licensure requirements, must currently be licensed in Texas or a compact state.  
• Ability to build and establish relationships with  residents, families, and government regulators,.  
• Must be able to and willing to lead by example.
• Understand that Nursing Home Administration requires hours outside of the typical business day. 
• 2 years years of experience as an Administrator.
• Ability to complete all components of the position.  
• Must meet all health requirements and pass background checks
