Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our Executive Chef to maintain high standards in food preparation, menu development, and kitchen operations. Compensation & Benefits- Salary range: $70,000-$80,000 annually (based on experience)

- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation
- Manage and mentor kitchen staff
- Ability to work stations with high execution
- Assist with inventory management and food cost control

- Contribute to seasonal menu development
- Execute special events and catering opportunities as needed
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar upscale restaurant environment
- Strong culinary techniques and food knowledge
- Experience with seasonal, ingredient-driven cuisine
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Full weekend availability required
- ServSafe certification required
