What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tables Games Dealer/Dual Rate Supervisor position at St. Jo Frontier Casino?
This is a Dual Rated Position with both job titles of Table Games Dealer, and a Table Games Supervisor.
The Table Games Dealer is responsible for all aspects of dealing assigned games (i.e. Craps, Blackjack, Roulette, etc.)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safeguard assets of the company
- Demonstrate an effective working knowledge of dealing policies and gaming procedures.
- Exchange currency for gaming chips.
- Collect bets and pay winning wagers
- Ensure compliance with Federal and state currency reporting requirements.
- Maintain proper department uniform and appearance standards.
- Any reasonable request by your immediate Supervisor or any Manager
- Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department, and company policies.
- Keep your work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter
- Perform all job functions in a safe and responsible manner.
SUMMARY OF TABLE GAMES SUPERVISORS:
Supervise and monitor table games dealers, as referenced in the table games department organizational chart, during the operation of those games.
ADDITIONAL ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise the operations of the table games
- Handle customer relations disputes
- Ensure compliance with Federal and State currency reporting requirements
- Ensure compliance with the $500 loss limit in accordance with Missouri Gaming regulations
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Level II Missouri Gaming Commission License
