Duties

- Manage phone systems effectively, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages as needed.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication with team members.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records and information.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Exhibit strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Support the dental receptionist team by coordinating patient appointments and managing schedules.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred; experience as a dental receptionist is a plus.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Suite applications.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and professionalism when interacting with clients and colleagues.
