Job Summary:
The Social Work Manager is responsible for providing supervision of clinical staff. This role must provide oversight of day-to-day clinic operations. The Social Work Manager works in tandem with the Director of Outpatient Behavioral Health Services and must adhere to The Joint Commission and DOHMH standards. The Social Work Manager participates in all mandatory leadership committees.
Responsibilities:
- QA and Utilization Review of clinical records
- Collaborate with Quality Department and leadership to implement performance improvement projects
- Lead departmental case review meetings
- Complete payroll for direct reports
- Orienting of new team members
- Assist the Director with investigations of special incidents
- Participate in all departmental meetings
Requirements:
- LCSW license required
- Minimum 3 years experience in an intensive outpatient behavioral health setting
- Knowledge of collaborative treatment planning and person-centered care
- Knowledge of the OMH re-entry program for forensic clients under AOT
- Proficiency in implementing Suicide Risk Assessments, including suicide screening, safety planning, Risk formulation, and identifying evidenced-based interventions to mitigate risk
- Proficiency in implementing Telehealth Services in compliance with Federal and NYS regulatory guidelines
- SIFI certification eligible
Salary : $105,000 - $120,000
