Job Summary:
The Director of Nursing Quality is a key member of our Professional Practice Department. Working alongside our nurse leaders and frontline team members, the Director will oversee nursing quality through rounding and targeted audits.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee nursing performance improvement
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to improve nursing performance
- Manage nursing data, reports, publications, and analysis
- Oversee NDNQI with data input, sharing reports, and data analysis
Requirements:
- BSN required
- Valid NYS RN License required
- Efficient in Microsoft Excel, data visualization, reports, and data analysis
- Knowledge of Nursing Key Performance Measures and regulations guidelines
- Ability to present to and engage an audience
Salary : $155,000 - $165,000
