Pay: $95,000 - $115,000
Responsibilities:
- Researches, develops, and recommends strategies to foster the organization's health equity goals
- Review current practices and policies, assessing and analyzing how much they support or hinder the company's health equity goals
- Collects and analyzes statistical data to to evaluate the company's population per diversity standards and goals
- Oversees recruiting and hiring strategies to attract employees from diverse backgrounds
- Develops and/or acquires training and development to aid retention initiatives
- Works collaboratively with People Operations and EHS Learning to develop objective employee performance evaluations and policies
- Acts as company liaison with governmental agencies concerning affirmative action and equal employment opportunities
- Maintains knowledge of diversity-related issues, legislation, and best practices
- Ensure Team Members are informed of policy updates and deliver training as needed
- Provide programmatic oversight of Team Member Resource Groups
- Track key performance metrics and provide critical analysis to ensure goal attainment
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field, Master's Degree preferred
- At least five years of Human Resources or related experience required with at least three years specializing in equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, and diversity programs
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven dispute-resolution skills
- Thorough understanding of federal, state, and local equal employment opportunity laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to motivate and influence people
- Multitasking skills to manage multiple diversity projects at once
Salary : $95,000 - $115,000
