We are looking for a committed Teacher to complement our qualified workforce of educators. You will be responsible eductating our youngest learners. The ideal candidate will be passionate for the job with an ability to reach out to students and create a relationship of mutual trust. They will know how to organize a class and make learning an easy and meaningful process. The goal is to help cultivate the students’ interest in education and be their dedicated ally in the entire process of learning and development.
Responsibilities
- Developing age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities that cater to the diverse needs of preschool children.
- Creating a nuturing and safe learing environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Monitoring and assessing the progress of each child and providing feedback to parents and colleagues.
- Collaborating with parents to support the learning and well-being of their children.
- Implementing behavioral management strategies and promoting positive social interactions.
- Fostering a love of learning and curiousity through stimulating and play-based experiences.
- Keeping up-to-date with educational best practices and participating in professional development opportunities.
