Key Responsibilities:

- Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the school's social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase engagement and followers.
- Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Campaign Support:
- Collaborate with the Director of MARCOM to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
- Assist in the creation of promotional materials and advertisements.
- Track and report on campaign performance and metrics.
- Storytelling and Branding:
- Identify and develop stories that resonate with the school's target audience, including prospective students, parents, alumni, and donors.
- Ensure all content is consistent with the school's brand voice, style, and messaging guidelines.
- Community Engagement:
- Engage with the school community to source content ideas and gather feedback.
- Work with Marketing Specialist to cover school events, capturing live content and post-event recaps.
- SEO and Analytics:
- Optimize content for SEO to improve the school's online visibility.
- Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of content and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in content creation, preferably in an educational setting.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and analytics tools.
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools.
- Strong storytelling abilities and a keen eye for detail.
