- Compliance and Record Keeping
- Ensure student health documentation is accurate and securely maintained.
- Assist in updating and distributing school health policies and procedures.
- Support the infirmary team in preparing reports and maintaining compliance records.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all medical records and reports.
- General Office Assistance
- Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.

Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in office administration, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or school setting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred but not required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a school or healthcare administrative setting.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Physical Requirements:
