We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring the highest level of reimbursement for our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule, organize, and implement the annual hospital budget process, providing guidelines and worksheets to departments as needed.
- Offer technical assistance to departments for budget preparations and provide financial evaluations for new programs and services.
- Analyze hospital revenue in relation to Volume Indicators and Payor Mix, identifying areas for improvement.
- Assist in preparing and filing third-party cost reports, regulatory agency reports, and internal reports, ensuring maximum reimbursement through strategic planning.
- Prepare for and respond to year-end audits by third-party auditors, as well as assist with audits by third-party payors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2 years hospital reimbursement experience.
- Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000 per annum
