Direct Support Professional-Sharonville Day Program

- Day Program Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Caregiver
Job Type:
- Full-time
- 8am - 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday
- No Holidays or weekends required.
- Starting Rate: $16.50 (may increase based on applicable experience)
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with fewer than 6 points and car insurance required.
- COVID Vaccination Required
Job Duties:
- Provide exceptional personal care and companionship to adults with developmental disabilities.
- Accompany adults with all aspects of personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility, ensuring their dignity and comfort while meeting their specific physical and medical needs.
- Establish a connection with our Day Program participants while creating a positive and supportive environment.
- Support individuals in mastering daily living skills like cooking, personal care, and budgeting.
- Assist individuals in achieving their goals.
- Facilitate community outings, social events, and activities.
