Responsibilities
Job Summary
Performs comprehensive and specialized administrative functions of a highly responsible and confidential nature for the President/CEO of St. Joseph Health System (SJHS). Maintain the corporate office using considerable discretion and independent latitude. Work is to support the administrative offices by coordinating activities, both operational and planning and ensuring timely flow of information to and from the office of the President/CEO. Performs project management, logistical coordination, and successful delivery preparation tracking and meeting scheduling
Essential Key Job Responsibilities
Performs administrative support functions in a manner that maintains a high degree of accuracy and represents the organizations values.- Provide project management support for President/CEO initiatives and processes suitable for the work.
- Manage change and/or conflicts within any project in an effective, timely, an appropriate manner.
- Professionally communicate verbally and in writing with a broad spectrum of audiences which may include CommonSpirit Health Executive Leadership, SJHMC leadership, physicians, and external points of contact.
- Ensures information flows to and from the executive office via all types and methods of communication (correspondence, meetings, speeches, etc.)
- Conducts research, prepares speeches, presentations and talking points for the President/CEO on an array of topics and various constituents.
- Ensures appropriate decision-making protocols are followed based on organizational policies and procedures.
- Serves as representative and ambassador for the President/CEO as directed.
- Oversees the daily activities of the administrative assistants as it applies to standard work for the executive office. Works with administrative staff to ensure accuracy, coordination, and prioritization of the system-wide calendar.
- Reviews correspondence and drafts responses for the executive as appropriate and/or forwards to the appropriate person for response and/or reply.
- Serves as a resource within the executive office to support complex projects. Provides project management within the executive office as needed.
- Facilitates prompt action on new and renewal contracting.
- Ensures the President/CEOs calendar includes appropriate time for rounding and forum activities.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience Experienced:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED); Five years of executive assistant experience in a large organization.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training
Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong managerial ability. Ability to interact and influence at the most senior levels of an organization and to work collaboratively across function, level, and departments toward shared objectives.
Pay Range
$27.77 - $40.27 /hour
Salary : $28 - $40
