Responsibilities
This position provides oversight for the administration and operation of Dignity Health Arizona Employee Health Services for the operation of Chandler Regional Medical Center and Mercy Gilber Medical Center. Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations. Collaborates with Human Resources, Employee Assistance, Public Relations, Education, and Community Outreach in the delivery of Employee Health Programs.
**Oversight for Chandler Regional Medical Center, Mercy Gilbert Medical Center and Arizona General Hospital Mesa locations. Travel to St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center, Phoenix, occasionally.

Responsibilities
This position provides oversight for the administration and operation of Dignity Health Arizona Employee Health Services for the operation of Chandler Regional Medical Center and Mercy Gilber Medical Center. Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations. Collaborates with Human Resources, Employee Assistance, Public Relations, Education, and Community Outreach in the delivery of Employee Health Programs.
- Monitors compliance with regulatory agency requirements including but not limited to OSHA, Worker's Compensations, ADA, and AZ Department of Health Services.
- Conducts employee injury investigations in collaboration with department directors/ managers.
- Coordinates Worker's Compensation benet program as well as early return to work program within the legal requirements of FMLA, if applicable.
- Conducts new hire physical assessment ensuring compliance with ADA regulations.
- Oversees the daily activities of Employee Health Staff
**Oversight for Chandler Regional Medical Center, Mercy Gilbert Medical Center and Arizona General Hospital Mesa locations. Travel to St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center, Phoenix, occasionally.
Qualifications
MINIMUM
Bachelor's or combination of education and/or additional job related experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
Minimum 3 years in related field
Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
AZ RN license
Basic computer skills
PREFERRED
Master's degree
Pay Range
$40.66 - $58.96 /hour
Salary : $41 - $59
