Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Rehab Unit. This role demands a compassionate and proactive individual committed to enhancing patient care. You will collaborate with a talented team of medical professionals to deliver top-quality, personalized rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor vital signs and promptly report any changes to nursing staff.
• Support patients in rehabilitation exercises and activities as directed by the healthcare team.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment, aligning with infection control procedures.
• Provide emotional and moral support to patients and families.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant certificate upon hire, required.
• Current BLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current.
• Possesses knowledge of Medical Terminology.
• Minimum six months previous experience in an acute care hospital or physician?s office preferred.
• Current Behavioral Violence Prevention (BVP) certificate within 6 months of hire and maintain current.
