Job Info
Responsible for applying ionizing radiation to the patient (inclusive of pediatric, adult and geriatric populations) in accordance with the prescription and instructions of the Radiation Oncologist and under the general supervision of the Chief Therapist.
Work requires satisfactory completion of a twenty four month course in radiation technology and/or a twelve month course in radiation therapy technology. License required by the state of New Jersey in Radiation Therapy. ARRT registration in Radiation Therapy required.
