Key Responsibilities:
- Roofing Installation: Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems utilizing various materials such as shingles, tiles, and metal.
- Siding Application: Apply siding materials to residential and commercial structures, ensuring proper alignment and secure fastening.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements clearly.
- Tool Utilization: Safely use power tools and equipment while adhering to all safety protocols on the construction site.
- Material Handling: Conduct heavy lifting of materials as required throughout the project life cycle.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect completed work for quality assurance and address any issues or deficiencies promptly.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in roofing and siding installation or a related field.
