Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Window Subcontractors who are reliable, skilled, and ready to partner with a company that values your craftsmanship and supports your business growth. What We Offer:
- Consistent Work: Opportunity for high-volume work, with projects available up to 6 days a week and year-round.
- Competitive Pay: Excellent pay rates with a proven track record of increasing earnings.
- Earning Potential: Average earning potential of $150,000 to $400,000 per crew per year.

- Logistical Support: We manage logistics, ensuring materials are accurately measured and delivered to the job site before installation. This includes handling all material deliveries and waste disposal.
- Field Support: A dedicated field operations coordinator will assist with any on-site issues and homeowner inquiries, allowing you and your crew to focus on installations.
Responsibilities:
- Install windows for residential properties according to company standards and client specifications.
- Ensure all installations are performed with craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with our team to resolve any issues that arise during the installation process.
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations during all installations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 year of experience in residential window installation.
- Must own at least 1 truck/van and have the necessary tools.
- Valid insurance and proper credentials.
- Ability to employ and manage a crew for installations.
- Exceptional craftsmanship with a focus on customer service.
- A commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
