The St. Lawrence County Community Development Program, Inc., is accepting applications for a Neighborhood Center Director in the Gouverneur area. This is a full-time (35 hours per week) position with excellent benefits. The Center Director is responsible for the overall supervision of the Neighborhood Center location. This location has a food pantry, thrift store, and assists individuals who are in financial need. The individual hired must have the ability to work well with the individuals we serve. They must be welcoming and non-judgemental. Must also possess the ability to establish working relationships with other community providers. This position requires initiative, discretion and good judgment. Must also know the community they serve. Computer knowledge/skills and a valid driver’s license is a must.
