This full-time position involves working 40 hours a week (8 am - 5 pm) Monday - Friday at our Creve Coeur Day Program.
What you will do:
Evaluate the effectiveness of written plans and ensure appropriate implementation within the Creve Coeur Day Program.
- Oversee the accuracy of site’s documentation and ensure funding and agency compliance.
- Assist with the Individual Support Plan (ISP) process, facilitate meetings, and manage DMH monitoring visits and audits
- Document program activities and outcome progress, analyze data, and collaborate with the support team to develop strategies for success and troubleshoot engagement barriers.
- Build and maintain ongoing communication with families, participants, residential teams, and funders.
- Provide guidance and training to support staff on the implementation of ISP outcomes.
- Work closely with our Quality Department to ensure effective communication between teams.
- On occasion, provide direct supports to participants.

What we expect of you:
We’re looking for an dedicated and compassionate individual with these qualifications, who’s ready to dive in and support our participants in achieving their goals:
- HS Diploma or equivalent required (Associate degree in related field preferred)
- Two or more years of volunteer or work experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or other relevant experiences (backgrounds in casework or education a plus!)
- Reliable vehicle in good working order; valid driver’s license and auto insurance required at time of hire.
- Possess basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate database software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and implement strategies for improvement
- Ability to complete CPR/FA, L1MA, and Mandt training —provided by St. Louis Arc at no cost.
