Job Summary:
St. Louis Cardinals Publications Department is seeking an enterprising, energetic and versatile student who will assist the department with critical sales, marketing and customer service tasks and initiatives. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Processing and fulfilling Publications orders - Magazines, Yearbooks, Calendar, and Scorecards
- Organizing inventory in the administrative office and general storage
- Generating marketing proposals to drive the sales of the yearbook, calendar and magazine during spring training and the early portion of the 2025 regular season
- Driving in-park sales of the team's signature products by serving as a game day vendor and sales strategist during the Spring season home games

Essential Functions of the Job
- Organize, sort and process mail orders
- Assist with the transportation of products throughout the stadium
- Provide ideas for creative marketing messages

- Evaluate current Publications selling strategies during games and implement selling strategies that can aid in increased game day revenue
Education/Experience Required:
- Current enrollment at an accredited college or university with a minimum junior level status, with a major in Sports Business Management, PR, Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
- Prior retail/customer service experience with superior organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving and money-management skills
Education/Experience Preferred:
- Current enrollment in an accredited program at a college or University with a minimum Senior level status
- Excellent customer service skills with retail and/or customer service experience
- Expert knowledge of Mac platforms and Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
