The customer service and sales associate is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for all customers in person and over phone. They provide excellent customer service and assist customer with any inquiries they may have. Additionally, the customer service and sales associate keeps the storefront clean and orderly to maximize foot traffic and sales.

- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues related to transactions.
- Efficiently operate cash register, processing transactions and handling payments with precision.
- Maintain accurate cash counts throughout your shift, reconciling discrepancies and ensuring financial integrity.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and assist in various retail tasks as required.
- Ability to work between the hours of 7:00 am and 4:00pm Monday through Saturday. Rotating weekends.
- This job requires reliable transportation and involves occasional travel to other retail locations.
- Applicant should be prepared for travel as needed and travel expenses are not reimbursed by the company.
