Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Diagnosis and repair of motorcycles, ATV’s, UTV’s and watercraft including Polaris, CanAm, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Sea-Doo, Honda and Yamaha
- Guarantee accurate and timely vehicle diagnosis, maintenance and repairs
- Ability to look up OEM parts on microfiche as well as find aftermarket parts in catalogs
Service Technician job qualifications:
- Must own necessary hand/air tools to repair all brands of vehicles
- A working mechanical knowledge of modern powersport vehicles including Polaris, CanAm, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Sea-Doo, Honda and Yamaha
- Ability to lift and carry heavy product and equipment
- Have and maintain a satisfactory driving record
- Highly self motivated and able to take initiative on jobs and tasks that need to be performed to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and possess a professional customer focused attitude
- Proficient listening and excellent communication skills with other employees and service managers/advisers/technicians as well as capable of following written instructions and procedures
- Great punctuality with reliable transportation
- Ability to work a Tuesday through Saturday schedule
- A “can do” attitude with organizational skills and great work ethic in a team environment
- Work hard and efficient
