What are the responsibilities and job description for the Zoo Parents Program Coordinator position at St. Louis Zoo?
Responsibilities: Coordinate primary operations of the Zoo Parents Program including data entry, gift fulfillment, mailings and inventory. Ensure donations made to the Zoo are entered into the database and acknowledged in a timely manner. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to accomplish goals of the Membership department. Position includes other duties as assigned by the Database Manager.
Qualifications: Raiser’s Edge experience is highly desired and experience with The Assistant Manager (TAM) is a plus. Must be highly organized with systematic problem-solving skills, an investigative mindset and strong attention to detail. Must be able to thrive in a high-volume work environment, and have the ability to prioritize numerous tasks. Work is conducted independently and collaboratively in an office setting. Weekends may be required during peak periods. Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and database programs. All successful candidates for this position will be required to submit to a criminal background check and drug test. COVID vaccinations are required for this position.
