What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Center Representative position at St. Lucie Battery & Tire?
St Lucie Battery & Tire is looking for a motivated and experience Call Center Representative to add to our growing Call Center Department to provide outstanding service to our guests with a positive attitude. Previous Call Center Representative experience is preferable, but we are willing to train the right person.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Carefully respond to all inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries
- Schedule customer appointments over the phone
- Provide excellent customer service and attentively listen to customer requests
- Communicate with customers in a suitable and proper manner
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong communication and telephone skills
- Computer and keyboard literate
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Excel experience (preferred)
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule
- Possess a great attitude
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
