Position Summary:
The supervisor manages and coordinates activities of housekeeping and laundry staff. Takes charge of the shifts. Trains personnel and demonstrates new cleaning techniques and equipment. Takes periodic inventories, makes quality assurance inspections of work, and oversees storeroom and maintenance of equipment. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs all duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.
Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
Education: High School Graduate or equivalent preferred
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of institutional housekeeping experience
