Universal worker

Provides a variety of services to assisted living residents that promote dignity and independence in a secure and safe environment. These services include :

• Housekeeping and laundry services
• Serving snacks and meals
• Experience is a plus but not required - we will train you on site!
• This position offers the potential to train as a Certified Medication Aide but it is not required. (Medication Aide candidates and certification course determined / provided in-house by manager)

Requirements

• Obtain and maintain a Nurse Aide License via the ND Department of Health Nurse Aide Registry
• Able to do physical work which may including standing for long periods of time, bending, and pushing or pulling
• Self-motivated and able to pay attention to details
• Able to read, write, and understand English
• Maintains a clean criminal background, sex offender, and child / adult protective service report
• Kind, compassionate, and enjoys working with the elderly as part of a team to ensure each resident receives the highest quality of care
