Reports To: Assistant Head of Lower School

After School Program Staff Expectations
- General care and enrichment classes between 2:00 - 6:00 p.m. on most days.
- Enjoys interacting with kids between the ages of 4-12. Ability to work with children and remain friendly, calm, and patient.
- Capacity to multitask and be flexible to the needs of the program.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a safe and fun learning environment for children.
- Regular communication with parents and after school consultants.
- Work with all parties to ensure students are in classes and lessons.
- Opportunity to be a substitute teacher during the school day as well as evening event child care.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Working towards a degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Education (a plus)
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years experience working with kids
