JOB SUMMARY

Under the supervision of a Pharmacist, the Comprehensive Medication Management (CMM) Intern acts as an extension of the ambulatory pharmacy team to support patient access to the St. Luke’s CMM Program. This position requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, personable, and able to adapt to a dynamic environment. The primary function of the CMM intern is outreach to patients to schedule CMM pharmacist visits. Additional clinical roles will be assigned on an as needed basis. These efforts will promote optimal clinical care, medication safety, and medication adherence for our patients.

Education: Currently enrolled in a Pharmacy program.
