What You Can Expect:
Manages assigned territory by meeting monthly goals, executing outreach plan, and maintaining client relationship management software with current provider.
Develops strong relationships with independent physicians and administrators within an assigned territory.
Partners with territory clinics to determine unmet needs, identify problems or concerns, and offer solutions.
Engages with St. Luke’s service line and operational leaders to convey opportunities and resolve issues escalated from independent clinics.
Communicates system messages and service line initiatives to territory clinics.
Accountable for the successful planning and execution of physician engagement and Continuing Medical Credit events.
Leads projects as assigned by manager and shares updates and relevant communication with team.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 4 year's experience.
