Summary
As a Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact, providing essential administrative support and exceptional customer service. With a high school diploma or GED required, you will utilize premium skills such as handling multi-line phone systems and office management. Job Qualifications
· High School Diploma or Equivalency
· Reliable Transportation
· At least six (6) months of reception experience as a receptionist in a retail or institutional setting; preference to large scale operations and health care operations
· Willing and able to demonstrate reception skills and knowledge hiring (if requested)
· Ability to understand and communicate oral and written instruction.
· Ability to maintain friendly, courteous interaction with all visitors, tenants, staff, and residents and do so effectively and efficiently.
Job Duties
Are as follows but not limited to;
· Manage the front desk in ensuring that incoming traffic (in person or phone) is greeted courteously and assisted professionally and efficiently.
· Maintain efficient and effective communication with other Departments to ensure effectively and timely coordinating of service is occurring.
· Answering and directing incoming phone calls, visitors, mail, faxes to the appropriate areas.
· Assist in the communication of building services as requested.
· Maintain pleasant and professional demeanor and work ethic at all times
This position is every other weekend from 6pm-6am.
Job Type: Part-time
