How you will make an impact: 

As a Front Desk Operator with St. Mark Village, you will be responsible formaintaining confidentiality and professionalism while managing communication through a PBX switchboard, handling both interoffice and house calls. In this role, you will greet visitors, direct calls, manage guest room keys, monitor safety and security systems while also handling administrative tasks such as logging calls and distributing materials. In emergency situations, you will coordinate with nurses, security, and the fire department, ensuring effective communication during alarms and other crises.

Schedule:This role is Fridays, 7am - 3pm.

What you will need: 

• High School Diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training
• Ability to read and write simple instructions
• Ability to effectively communicate withResidents and team members
