What are the responsibilities and job description for the Painter position at St. Mark Village?
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- General maintenance work tickets are to be done as assigned and submitted to the Manager at completion at the end of the day.
- May move furniture, equipment, and appliances for Residents or Staff as assigned.
- Inspects Residents apartments and HCC for needed repairs and/or preventative maintenance.
- Cleans work area, tools, and equipment.
- Demonstrates positive guest relations to internal and external customers.
- May be assigned other related duties and responsibilities as required by Physical Plant Operations Manager.

REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma, G.E.D. and related experience and/or training in a relevant field of Physical Plant Operations.
Summary
As a Painter, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services in both residential and commercial settings. Reporting to the project manager, your core skills in construction painting and proficiency with hand tools will be essential for executing various projects. Your premium knowledge of color theory will aid in achieving desired aesthetics, while relevant skills such as blueprint reading and renovation will enhance your effectiveness on the job.
St. Mark Village is a drug-free workplace and does require drug testing. Must also pass a Level 2 background screen.
