Personal Care Home Administrator Salary Up to $90,000 Based on Experience

St. Martha Villa is currently seeking a Personal Care Home Administrator for our 135 bed Personal Care Home. The primary purpose of this position is to lead and direct the overall operations of the facility in accordance with customer needs, government regulations, and company policies, while focusing on maintaining excellent care for the residents we serve. Responsible for organization, supervision and administration of the total resident care program, including coordination of social, medical, psychological, spiritual and physical services for residents.

Qualifications
- Active Personal Care Home Administrator license
- Demonstrated knowledge of state regulations
- Ability to instruct, direct and lead staff
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for working with Seniors
- Prior General Manager, Executive Director or Administrator experience within the Long-Term Care.
- Responsible for developing and implementing resident care policies/procedures and standards of practice.
- Responsible for overall Resident and Staff satisfaction.
- Perform daily rounds to assure quality service.
- Responsible for Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement
