Job Description : \n Title : Fundraising Coordinator\n\n Reporting : Executive Director, Philanthropy, St. Mary's Health \n\n \n\n This position supports department operations for St. Mary's Health System's development office and provides executive administrative support for St. Mary's Executive Director of Philanthropy. \n\n The ideal candidate enhances the Foundation's ability to serve our donors, maintain accurate and useful data, and improve our ability to use data in decision-making. Actively supports the Foundation team in building relationships, administering the charitable funds entrusted to us, and raising additional funds. To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate must be flexible, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and provide exceptional support. The ideal candidate will be a positive, kind, and professional role model in the organization and have a reputation for problem-solving and troubleshooting in an evolving business environment. Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information and to use considerable tact and diplomacy in interactions with staff, internal leadership, board members, major donors, prospective donors, sponsors, volunteers, and external partners. Successful candidates must be deadline-driven and can multitask in a high-pressure environment with competing priorities. \n\n Education and Experience : \n\n\n\tBachelor's degree or commensurate experience\n\tMinimum of five years of progressive experience in fundraising information systems / database management. \n\n\n \n\n Skills and Competencies : \n\n\n\tHigh proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products.\n\tAdvanced proficiency with CRM / fundraising information systems (Raiser's Edge, \n\tAbility to effectively prioritize, multitask, and produce accurate, meaningful, and professionally formatted work products under demanding timelines.\n\tDemonstrated project management, planning, facilitation, problem-solving, and decision-making experience.\n\tExcellent follow-up skills, accuracy, and meticulous attention to detail.\n\tOutstanding verbal, written, editing, and listening skills.\n\tCommitment to the ethical use of confidential and sensitive information.\n\tStrong commitment to quality work and high productivity.\n\tStrong customer service orientation and demonstrated an ability to work both independently and as a collaborative member of a team.\n\tStrong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to connect and collaborate with donors and fundraising partners within and outside the organization and at all levels.\n\tTechnologically savvy in the handling of administrative practices.\n\n\n \n\n Covenant Health Mission Statement\n\n We are a Catholic health ministry that provides healing and care for the whole person in service to all in our communities.\n\n \n\n Our Core Values : \n\n Compassion\n\n We show respect, caring, and sensitivity towards all, honoring the dignity of each person, especially the poor, vulnerable, and suffering.\n\n Integrity\n\n We promote justice and ethical behavior and responsibly steward our human, financial, and environmental resources.\n\n Collaboration\n\n We work in partnership, dialogue, and shared purpose to create healthy communities.\n\n Excellence\n\n We deliver all services with the highest level of quality while seeking creative innovation.\n\n \n\n Applicants, employees, and former employees are protected from employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, or gender identity), national origin, age (40 or older), disability, and genetic information (including family medical history).\n\n \n\n
