Responsibilities
JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Enters information into data base and assists with preparing graphs for meeting/reports as needed.
- Participates in team meetings, in-services, and department meetings.
- Completes Relias and/or any hospital mandatory training programs by the assigned date.
- Cooperates and consults with appropriate staff to assure data accuracy & completion.
- Assists the team with audio/visual transfer of training materials for caregivers.
- Assists the team with admission/discharge necessities.
- Assists program with daily tasks as needed.
- Participates in the quality improvement program of the facility.
