Hiring Range: $17.00 -$ 22.74
Offer rates are based on experience. Offer rates at the higher end of the range are only for applicants with many years of experience
Responsibilities:
Cleans patient rooms or other assigned areas daily, including collecting and removing trash, changing bed linens and sanitizing all surfaces.
Maintains quality standards through the use of standard cleaning procedures and protocols including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash and medical waste removal while following patient isolation or other special situations in accordance with facility standards.
Stocks paper items and other supplies in assigned areas as necessary or designated.
Maintains supplies and/or equipment in clean, and working condition.
Education: None required. Must be able to speak, read, write and follow instructions in English.
Complexity of Work:
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment.
Personal Protective Equipment:
Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required. Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)
