Position Summary:
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responds to employee inquiries in person, by phone, and by email.
Provides administrative support to include generating reports, preparing presentations, assembling data, creating and handling communications, distributing mail and assisting with projects.
Works with HR team on various projects to achieve stated goals and objectives of department- Maintains, monitors and reports compliance with all employee licenses, certifications and other required credentials.
- Assists with Leave of Absence program by educating staff and managers regarding the program, processes required documentation and responds to leave vendor requests.

- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP certificaiton preferred.
- Strong oral andwritten communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Pior experience in Human Resources in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.
