Certification Details BLS Job Details Medical Surgical / Post Surgical Coverage The Registered Nurse is an essential member of the patient care team, responsible for the delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process in all areas of the Post Surgical unit. They will assess patients on admission and throughout the stay, involving patients and their caregivers in the plan development and updating as necessary throughout stay. The RN will be required to administer IV medications, IV therapy, blood and its components according to clinical standards and policies. Job Requirements BLS certification required 1 year previous nursing experience preferred Travelers with actions on license and hits on background will not be considered. Candidates with licensure hits will not be considered. Schedule Information Up to 16 hours of orientation is unpaid St. Mary's has the right to cancel up to 3 shifts per 13 week contract Candidate must reside outside of a 50 mile radius. Additional Details MUST NOT BE A PREVIOUS EMPLOYEE OF ST. MARY'S
