General Summary
This position oversees the daily activity of the sales floor. Experience in retail management in a sales environment is required; to include: Supervision of register efficiency, time management skills, strong knowledge of merchandise, implement policies and procedures and have a thorough understanding of the elements that drive retail operations profitability. Must possess a strong work ethic and the ability to handle non-stop and sometimes intense work load. Exceptional customer service skills with capability of balancing customer concerns and teammate questions in a fast pace environment with a calm demeanor. Essential Functions
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: One year retail experience required; retail leadership and sales background preferred. Project management skills preferred. Possess highly developed sense of customer service and interpersonal skills including respect for all individuals (customers, volunteers, and employees), strong critical and analytical thinking skills, and appreciation of diversity.

Working Conditions: Schedule flexibility and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physical Demands: This position requires standing, walking, and bending for long periods. The employee is required to handle, feel and/or reach with hands and arms and must frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds.

Essential Functions
- Assist in oversight of daily store operations.
- Supervise floor and cash wrap activity.
- Must be current and proficient in all Point of Sale procedures.
- Handles cash drawer opening, reconciliation, and POS authorized management level responsibilities.
- Provide an example of excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and thanking guests; hold the team accountable to this standard of customer service.
- Provide an example of excellent telephone etiquette; hold the team accountable to this standard of telephone etiquette.
- Maintain the appearance of the cash wrap and surrounding sales floor area.
- Ability to communicate with leadership of needs daily.
- Assist the leadership team with the implementation of policies and procedures.
- Provide feedback to the leadership team of cashier team member performance.
- Complete all tasks that are given in an efficient and timely manner.
- Maintain positive productive work environment for volunteers, community service and staff.
- Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays, while staying on top of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, as well as the ability to lead, govern and guide the team.
- Responsible for onboarding and training, as well as continual development of team members, including Launch Track training program.
- Must be able to perform and train team on all job functions required of all positions which are accountable to Store Lead.
