We are a district that serves over 6,700 students and employs 750 employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our district is comprised of one primary school for kindergarten students, three elementary schools for grades 1-4, two middle schools for grades 5-8, and one high school for grades 9-12.
Position Overview & Responsibilities
Responsible for planning, instructing, and implementing developmentally appropriate learning experiences for families with children ages birth to 5 Years. For more information, please see the job description for this Parent Educator position.
Start date: 08/25/2025
Contract: 0.75 FTE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-2 pm & one evening per week
Requirements & Qualifications
Requires Bachelor degree in Education, licensure from the State of Minnesota in parent education programming and CPR/First Aid certification; must be able to kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl and lift up to 30 pounds.
Salary Range (set by Collective Bargaining Agreement): exact compensation depends on final FTE and will be prorata of the 1.0 FTE range of $46,417-$98,146; for example, the range for 0.75 FTE is $34,812.75-$73,609.50. For more information, please see the Certified Master Contract 2023-2025. Salary ranges listed are based on the collective bargaining agreement for 2024-2025 school year, the 2025-2026 collective bargaining agreement has yet to be negotiated.
