ABOUT THIS ROLE
St. Michael's is hiring to fill a Proposal Manager position to support our proposal activities for the Department of Defense (DoD), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Intelligence Community (IC). LOCATION
Location is Woodbridge, VA or Tampa, FL - Hybrid (ability to report on site 3 days per week)
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience as a Federal Government proposal manager
- Expertise with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and Teams
- Shipley experience, training and/or certification
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead complex competitive Federal Government proposal efforts using a modified Shipley process.
- Manage the proposal process independently from beginning to end, in accordance with Shipley and the St. Michael's framework.
- Maintain and execute up-to-date best practices in marketing, writing, technical editing, and graphic design while leading proposals.
- Develop and edit original proposal content through interviews with technical experts as required.
- Work collaboratively with St. Michael's employees and external partners.
