ABOUT THIS ROLE
St. Michael's is hiring to fill a Sr. Acquisition Analyst position to support a Department of Defense (DoD) client. In this position you must have demonstrated knowledge and experience managing program cost, schedule, performance, and risks in accordance with policies and procedures. This is a client-facing role that will benefit from your previous experience developing acquisition documentation to include SOW, PWS, SAMP, APB, ADM, CFDR, FDR, MFP, LCSP, ILSP, and program protection plans. MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa, FL
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 10 years DoD Acquisition experience
- DAWIA level 2 certification, Program Management
- 3 years DoD experience in Information Technology
- Working knowledge of the Defense Acquisition System as directed by DoD Instruction 5000.02, "Operation of the Defense Acquisition System" and the Defense Acquisition Framework process
- Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop research, development and acquisition management system documentation, to include supporting Statements of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS), System Acquisition Management Plans (SAMP), Acquisition Strategies (AS) Acquisition Program Baselines, (APB), Acquisition Decision Memorandums (ADM), test and evaluation plans, fielding and deployment releases, program protection plans, spend plans, Technology Insertion Roadmaps, Transition Agreements, Congressional Briefings and responses to Congressional Requests for Information, and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) planning documents
- Collect and analyze metrics and requirements from supported organizations
- Develop elements of program acquisition strategies
- Support/conduct market research
- Keep program information current and organize data to submit to management for decision making
- Prepare reports and briefings on program status, policies and procedures, in support of acquisition program milestones
- Support cost/benefit analysis
- Analyze effectiveness and efficiency of program; develop recommendations to improve program operations
- Answer data calls and inquiries on program policies and procedures
- Monitor programs to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Manage program cost, schedule, performance, and risks in accordance with policies and procedures
- Coordinate program information with personnel
