Description of the Position :
The St. Olaf Admissions Student Music Recruitment Coordinator works alongside the Assistant Dean of Fine Arts Recruitment assisting in various aspects of the music admissions process and the Fine Arts Scholarship Program.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assisting with and leading information sessions on campus and on tours
- Communicating rehearsal schedules to the Campus Visit Office
- Leading the Admissions Crew on ambassador ensemble tours
- Processing music application files
- Communicating with prospective students, families, and visiting high school ensembles
- Other tasks as assigned
