Description of the Position: (Purpose of the Position): The Financial Assistant is responsible for communicating with and completing all tasks assigned by the Financial Managers. General tasks can include accounting of daily Lion’s Pause transactions (including sales, invoices, and discounts), filing all documents in a neat and organized manner, and notifying FM’s of book-keeping inconsistencies.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attend all required weekly meetings with Financial Managers
- Accounting and filing of Lion’s Pause Kitchen receipts and invoices
- Exercise clear communication, transparency, and sound judgment
- Ensuring confidentiality of Lion’s Pause finances Each Financial Assistants will work alternate weeks
Qualifications: (Education/Experience/Skills)
- Studying Economics, Quantitative Economics, Statistics, Math Interest in finance/accounting
