Job Description
Position Title : Assistant Director for Housing Operations.
Department : Residence Life.
Classification : Exempt.
FTE : 1.0.
Work Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM; some evening and weekend hours required for special events and on call rotation; travel up to 5% of work schedule, which includes local (Twin Cities metro area) and regional travel.
Salary Range : $50,000 - $60,000.
Essential Job Duties :
- Assignments & Billing.
Ensure the management of the housing operations system.
Serves as a lead with the housing operations system.
Hire, train, and supervise employees for respective residence hall(s) assigned
Coordinate the residence hall front desk operations program.
Support and enforce college campus policies.
Oversee the day-to-day functions of a residence hall(s), including supervising the student staff, advising the student volunteers and supporting the students living in the halls.
Support, respect, and commit to embracing diverse backgrounds, values, and points of view to build a strong and inclusive community.
