The Position:
St. Patrick Center, a ministry of Catholic Charities, is hiring an Employment Navigator to join our Workforce Development program. The employment navigator will assist clients from various programs at St. Patrick Center with obtaining and retaining employment. The case manager will help individuals identify and overcome social, supportive, and educational barriers to accessing employment, as well as be responsible for regular case management duties related to employment.
